"Noemi" is a 4-room apartment of 80 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment was partly renovated in 2025 and features a bright living and dining room that opens onto a 15 m2 balcony, from which guests can enjoy a partial distant view of the sea. The first bedroom is furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second bedroom offers a french bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom is equipped with a french bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and there is an additional separate WC for added convenience. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, completing the functional and inviting layout of this vacation rental.
