Villa The Marvel is available throughout the year and is fully equipped to ensure comfort in every season, featuring air conditioning across the property as well as floor heating for the cooler months. The staff room is equipped with air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a toilet, and a shower, while a guest toilet is located on the basement level. A comprehensive range of services is included in your stay to ensure an effortless and indulgent experience from the moment you arrive. During summer, professional cleaning is provided for a total of 10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, while during winter this service is available for 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday. Maintenance is provided for 40 hours per week throughout the entire year. Linen is changed 2 times per week in summer and 1 time per week in winter, while towels and pool towels are changed 3 times per week in summer and 1 time per week in winter. Upon check-in, you will receive complimentary coffee beans and capsules, shower gel and shampoo, and a selection of kitchen consumables to get you settled in with ease. BBQ gas bottles are included during summer, and during winter 1 bottle per BBQ, for a total of 2 bottles, is provided per reservation. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 5,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 500 EUR is payable upon arrival.
