On the first floor, the sleeping accommodation continues with 2 further double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room, served by 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en suite, each fitted with a shower. The villa was tastefully renovated in 2019, with the refurbishment encompassing brand new bathrooms, a fully updated kitchen, and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a high standard of comfort during your stay.

Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A booking fee of 90 euros will be charged on every reservation. In accordance with local regulations, guests will be subject to the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 euros per person per night at the time of booking. A refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is determined by the property, will also be required upon booking. Should pool heating be available at the property and requested, an additional charge of 500 euros will apply. For families travelling with young children, a pool fence is available on request for an additional fee, providing added peace of mind for parents.
