The first features a king size bed and a private en suite bathroom with shower. The second is appointed with a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third room, which is fitted with 3 beds in the form of 2 bunk beds plus a trundle bed, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. On the first floor, the Master room features a king size bed, a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with an external shower, and a private panoramic terrace. The interior living spaces are bright, airy, and designed in a modern avant-garde style, featuring a spacious living room with sofas, a television, and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. The modern open-plan equipped kitchen, which can be closed off by sliding doors, is directly connected to the external terrace and provides all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. The property benefits from air conditioning and underfloor heating for year-round comfort, as well as a comprehensive security system and a home automation control system. A professional housekeeping service is provided for 4 hours per day, and the staff speaks Spanish. Bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rates. A weekly change of linens and towels is provided for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks. Extra changes of bath towels and bed linen are not included in the rates. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be paid by credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from the card.
