On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room featuring large glass windows that frame views of the garden and pool, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a television, alongside a dining area with a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen on this level offers direct access to the front terrace and is fitted with highchairs, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available for guest use. 2 bedrooms are located on this level via a corridor from the entrance: one features 3 beds consisting of 2 twin beds and a sofa bed, while the second has 2 twin beds; both share a bathroom. On the intermediate floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, also sharing a bathroom. The fifth bedroom is situated on the lower floor and benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a double bed. Bed linen, household linen, and weekly changes of linen and towels for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks are included in the rental rate, as are electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi.
