When combined with unit 2, the property can accommodate up to 5 guests. The estate is ideally positioned just a few meters from grocery shops, cafes, and restaurants in the village center, while still offering serene lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests benefit from a private parking area located approximately 15 steps below the garden level, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and access to a beautifully maintained yard with sweeping views over the lake. It is important to note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor, and as a result, the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. From the parking level, approximately 15 steps lead up to the garden. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the prior approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro is collected upon arrival and returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and heating costs are metered and are to be paid on site based on consumption. A range of additional services is available upon request, including babysitting, cook service, airport or local transfers, extra maid service, and laundry.
