On the lower floor, accessible from the outside, 2 further double bedrooms each feature an en suite bathroom with shower and are connected to one another by an interior door that can be locked with a key. Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs a surcharge, as does late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies, extended to 7 nights during July and August. A security deposit of 6,000 euros is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Optional extras are available upon request, including an extra bed, a cot, a highchair, and a reservation fee. A final cleaning fee is charged and payable upon arrival.
