Located in the tranquil area of Vourvoulos, approximately 3 km from the vibrant town of Fira, the villa provides a peaceful retreat while keeping the island's most celebrated destinations within easy reach.

Entering through double doors from the patio, you are immediately immersed in a bright and welcoming ambience. The bathroom with shower is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, while the master bedroom, accessible from the kitchen, is equipped with a walk-in closet, a king-size bed, air conditioning, and heating. A sofa bed arrangement allows the villa to comfortably host up to 4 guests in total. Please note that one villa within the complex does not include a private pool, though Villa Livas is not among the exceptions.

The rental price includes a range of valuable services designed to enhance your stay. A daily buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant of the residence, and daily housekeeping is provided to ensure the villa remains in pristine condition throughout your visit. A concierge service is also available, offering assistance and personalized suggestions for activities such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
