Villa Heart is structured across 3 distinct levels, each accessible by both the private lift and staircase. The entrance level features a wide lounge area with a fireplace and a large terrace offering magnificent sea views over the Bay of Naples and the island of Capri, along with 1 suite with sea view. The lower level houses the remaining 3 suites, each with a private terrace and sea view, 2 of which can be configured as triple rooms. All rooms are furnished in traditional warm colors and feature bright ceramic floor tiles sourced from "Vietri sul mare." The ground level contains a spacious living area with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Air-conditioning is included in the rental price and is available from middle May through to the end of September. Daily cleaning is included for 4 hours per day, with 1 day off per week. A cot is available upon request at a rate of 10 euros per day, net, and is provided free of charge for stays involving fewer than 8 guests. The city tax is not included in the rental price and amounts to 3 euros per person, per day, applicable to guests aged 18 years and above. A damage deposit of 2.000 euros is required to be paid in advance and will be returned at the end of the stay. A final cleaning fee is to be paid on the spot. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
