The rental rate includes 4 hours of daily maid service Monday through Saturday, during which the housekeeper will bring the daily newspaper, maintain the pool, and attend to guests' needs. End-of-stay cleaning is naturally included. A villa manager is available 24 hours a day. - the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
