The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Gaggenau appliances and a wine fridge, making it ideal for preparing home-cooked meals or hosting a private chef for a memorable dinner with family or friends. A dedicated terrace level houses the spa area, complete with fitness equipment, a sauna, and a lounge, as well as its own WC and shower. 2 of the 6 bedrooms are also located on this floor.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system for the security and peace of mind of all guests. A refundable damage deposit of 10000€ is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The minimum stay is 7 nights. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.
The rental rate includes 4 hours of daily maid service Monday through Saturday, during which the housekeeper will bring the daily newspaper, maintain the pool, and attend to guests' needs. End-of-stay cleaning is naturally included. A villa manager is available 24 hours a day. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is on hand to offer suggestions and assistance for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.
