Villa Sound accommodates up to 16 guests across its main building and a fully equipped guest house. The main building offers 8 spacious bedrooms arranged as follows: Master Suite 1 features a king bed and a private terrace; Master Suite 2 features a king bed and a charmed patio; Guest Room 1, Guest Room 2, Guest Room 3, and Guest Room 4 each feature a king bed and a charmed patio; Guest Room 5 features a king bed and a terrace; and a dedicated staff room with a guest bathroom completes the ground floor layout. The separate guest house includes a master suite with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a private bathroom, and a garden terrace. The main house features an extremely large open-plan living area with glass doors providing direct access to the pool, a generous kitchen on the same level, a staff room, and a guest toilet. All rooms are fitted with both fans and air conditioning throughout, and the property also benefits from underfloor heating. Additional features include an interior salon with TV and satellite channels, a Surround Sound audio system, a central Sonos sound system compatible with iPod connectivity, a home cinema room with 7 cinema seats designed for both sitting and reclining, an alarm system, and 24/7 surveillance cameras. Both an internal and external gym are available for guests. A daily cleaning service of 8 hours is provided Monday to Friday. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrivals accepted on Saturdays only. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. A security deposit of 3,000 euros per week is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges for damages.
