The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 en suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished and filled with natural light. 1 bedroom features a double bed, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are also equipped with double beds that can be separated into 2 single beds upon request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit different groups. Of the 4 en suite bathrooms, 2 are fitted with a bathtub, adding an extra touch of comfort and elegance. The 4 bedrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor, ensuring a well-balanced and private layout for all guests.

An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is happy to help arrange a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 1,000.00 EUR is required. Breakfast and wine are not included in the rental rates and are available at an additional cost.

Regarding house rules, children are warmly welcome at the property; however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub, pool, sauna, or hammam. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Organising events at the property is not allowed without prior written approval. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged to the guest should this condition not be met.
