Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each has its own shower and WC with direct access to the terrace. Please note that these 2 bedrooms are located in the adjoining house and are accessible via a separate entrance. A further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and each features its own shower and WC with exit to the terrace. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a private balcony. This floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living areas, completing the functional and beautifully appointed layout of this villa.
