The kitchen is generously sized and fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes a shower with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The first bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and includes a fan, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A second bedroom on this floor is also fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and a fan, similarly benefiting from access to the terrace and swimming pool.
