This floor also hosts 2 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by a fan, and the second offers an identical configuration with 1 french bed of the same dimensions and a fan. A separate WC and a combined bathroom with bath, shower, and WC serve this level.

On the lower ground floor, a second living area provides additional relaxation space with direct access to the terrace. This floor accommodates 3 further bedrooms: one with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length and a fan, one with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each and 190 cm in length equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and one with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower and WC serve this floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
