Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 180 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins this living space and also benefits from terrace access. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature a French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 180 cm in length, with access to a balcony of 15 m2. A further bedroom on this floor also offers a French bed of the same dimensions along with a private shower and WC. An additional shower and WC serves the upper floor, completing the 3 bathroom configuration. Throughout the villa, the furnishings are comfortable and refined, and the layout is designed to make the most of the stunning views of both the sea and the countryside.
