This room also provides direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, also located on the ground floor, features an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fan, and likewise benefits from air conditioning. On the upper floor, the first bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC, air conditioning, a fan, and direct access to the terrace. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
