This charming 4-room vacation rental spans 140 square metres across 2 levels, offering a well-thought-out layout that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a bright and beautifully furnished living room welcomes you with a dining table, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, creating an inviting space to relax and gather. Direct access from the living room leads out to the garden and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoor spaces. A separate dining room also benefits from its own exit to the garden, while the fully equipped kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The first room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second is a double bedroom also featuring 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 150 cm wide and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath and WC. The third room is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a shower and WC.
