A first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, while a second bedroom also offers a french bed of the same dimensions and benefits from a private shower and WC. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. A separate bath and WC complete the facilities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a dedicated dining room is accompanied by a second open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The upper floor hosts a third bedroom with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm and a private shower, as well as a playroom featuring a double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm.
