From this space, you have direct access to the swimming pool, making it effortless to enjoy outdoor living. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a terrace, offering a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor dining. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower and WC. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony of 15 m2 with beautiful views of the sea and the resort. The second bedroom also offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm by 200 cm, along with air conditioning. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from air conditioning. All 3 upper-floor bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV.
