Welcome to "Kragenjoch," a charming 2-room vacation rental apartment of 30 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. The apartment features 1 double bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with cosy wooden furniture that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a dining table, 1 sofabed, and a flat screen TV, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the surroundings. The kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and also includes a dining table, making the most of the available space. The bathroom consists of a shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 1 dedicated shower and WC facility alongside an additional separate WC. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
