"L Escapade Orangeoise" is a beautifully appointed 4-room villa spanning 120 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace used for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen television. From this main living area, you have direct access to the veranda. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a small bar, as well as a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a third bedroom awaits, also furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a second shower room and a separate WC. The villa is furnished in a warm and comfortable country house style throughout, and 2 covered terraces of 20 m2 each extend the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and 3 deck chairs.

Air conditioning is available in the living and dining room as well as in the first ground floor bedroom, while electric heating serves the entire property. The villa is situated on the street side of the building. The property operates as a strictly non-smoking house, and this rule applies throughout all indoor and outdoor areas. As noted, a maximum of 1 pet, specifically a dog, is permitted during your stay. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. Parking is available and includes access to a garage. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
