The exterior of Le Querce dei Medici is a celebration of natural beauty and refined outdoor living. The park surrounding the villa is embellished with expansive areas of lawn bordered by hedges that ensure complete privacy, while vast expanses of vineyards frame the landscape in every direction. An explosion of colourful flowers greets you throughout the gardens, accompanied by lemon trees typical of the region and a dedicated corner of aromatic herbs that can be used to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Centuries-old oaks provide generous shade across numerous relaxation areas, and a wisteria-covered pergola shelters a large outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. A fully-equipped BBQ is also at your disposal for outdoor cooking. Please note that the photos of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the property, approximately 40 metres from the house, and is reached by a flight of steps across the lawn in front of the main entrance. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.50 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It features Roman steps for water access, as well as both internal and external lighting along the perimeter. A large solarium in travertine surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with comfortable deck chairs, small tables, and a gazebo. Adjacent to the gazebo is a small annex containing a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is bordered by large vineyards and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

Le Querce dei Medici is a spacious two-floor manor house capable of accommodating up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The main entrance is located on the side of the property facing the lawn that leads toward the swimming pool. On the ground floor, the elegant entrance hall opens onto a large dining room featuring an antique stone fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room distinguished by its characteristic round terracotta arch, and a service bathroom that also houses the washing machine. A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the sleeping area is arranged. This upper level comprises 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed, and 1 double bedroom with a divisible bed, all en suite. The bathrooms on this floor include 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower, 3 bathrooms with shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, accessible directly from outside, there is a self-contained small apartment consisting of a sitting room with a stovetop and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with a fan, and 1 shower bathroom. Please note that within the property, a barn located 50 metres from the main house is reserved for the owners' use. Should the owners be present on the property, they will remain entirely discreet and fully respectful of guests' privacy.

The weekly rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The rental also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
