The grounds are planted with a largely flat, lush lawn bordered by olive trees, tall trees, peach, apricot, and cherry trees, as well as lavender, jasmine, herbs, and flowers of every kind, creating a fragrant and colourful natural environment throughout the seasons. In front of the house, accessed via 3 stone steps, a generously sized shaded pergola with a wooden-beamed canopy provides an elegant alfresco dining area furnished with tables and chairs, positioned adjacent to the hot tub for a seamless outdoor experience. A second outdoor relaxation area, located just a few metres from the swimming pool, is equipped with a table, benches, and a brick barbecue, offering an ideal setting for informal gatherings. An outdoor gym area is situated on a slightly lower terrace for guests who wish to maintain their fitness routine even while on holiday. A small vegetable garden is also available, inviting guests to pick fresh seasonal produce during their stay. A delightful wooden veranda further enriches the outdoor offering, while evening illumination placed at strategic points throughout the garden creates a magical atmosphere around the pool and across the entire property, perfect for dining outdoors while admiring enchanting sunsets.

The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the splendid infinity pool, positioned on the same level as the house and reached across a short stretch of lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 4 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m, and is lined in PVC with salt purification, internal lighting, and 4 submerged steps for easy water access. The pool is further enhanced by a fantastic peninsula measuring 3 x 3 m, and the surrounding area features a combination of lawn and stone paving equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and a cold-water shower. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Just 10 metres from the house, a beautiful heated hot tub designed for 6 people sits on a sunbathing area finished in natural wood and can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night, remaining open all year round.

Unit Layout

Casale Bella Vita is configured as a single structure divided into 3 separate residential units that are not connected internally, offering a total capacity of 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with each unit providing its own independent entrance and a high degree of privacy.

Unit 1 is accessed from the ground floor and opens into a welcoming living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen and a living room featuring a dining table, a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fireplace. This unit includes 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, served by an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Unit 2 also enters from the ground floor into a living area with a kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and satellite TV. From here, 2 steps lead up to an open-plan double bedroom and sitting room, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a hydromassage tub with chromotherapy and a shower.

Unit 3 is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase adjacent to the entrance of Unit 2. A panoramic veranda furnished with 2 chairs and a table introduces guests to a sitting room with a sofa and satellite TV. To the right of the entrance is a large kitchen with a dining area, a fireplace, and a terrace with a table seating up to 12. Unit 3 is completed by 2 double bedrooms, one of which includes an additional single sofa bed, both featuring small romantic terraces and sharing a bathroom with shower.

Climate control is provided by air conditioning available throughout the property, with the exception of Unit 1, where air conditioning is installed specifically in the bedroom. The kitchen facilities across the units are well appointed, including a dishwasher to simplify meal clean-up, while a washing machine is on hand to handle laundry needs during longer stays.

It is important to note that the owners of the property, described as very discreet and courteous, occupy a separate portion of the villa. They have their own independent entrance and do not share any of the outdoor areas, including the garden and swimming pool, with guests, ensuring complete privacy and independence for all parties.

The property is particularly well suited to groups of friends or families, and its large outdoor areas also make it an exceptional venue for organising events, ceremonies, and private parties. The bedroom arrangement across separate but adjacent units allows guests to enjoy communal spaces while maintaining individual privacy.

Guests are kindly reminded that the photographs of the property were taken during spring, and therefore the appearance of the garden, including the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the lawn, may differ at the time of arrival.
