The outdoor spaces of Villa La Marina are designed to invite relaxation and al fresco living at every turn. The fenced garden, spanning approximately 450 square meters and set entirely on one level, is framed by meadows, olive trees, and oleander hedges that line the gravel paths and terraces surrounding the villa. Dry stone walls and high hedges delimit the entire property, ensuring complete privacy. A covered patio adjacent to the villa accommodates a dining table, making it an ideal spot for outdoor meals in the shade. The pool area is accessible via an illuminated gravel driveway and features a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 9 x 4.5 meters, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.60 meters. The pool is finished in light blue PVC, equipped with salt purification, a Roman staircase, and internal lighting, with a border crafted in Orosei marble and surrounded by lawn and gravel. The solarium area is furnished with sun loungers, tables, and a large awning for comfortable sunbathing. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A large terrace with outdoor seating extends from the living areas, offering a welcoming space to enjoy the panoramic views. Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding greenery may appear different upon arrival.

On the ground floor, the entrance is accessed through a pedestrian gate and 14 steps, leading into a welcoming hallway. The living room features a large sofa and a fireplace, with direct access to the terrace, while the dining area, positioned 2 steps lower than the living room, flows naturally into the open-plan layout. The kitchen offers access to the outdoor seating area, and a service bathroom completes this level. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are arranged to offer both comfort and flexibility. A double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower provides a private retreat, while a second double bedroom, fitted with a divisible bed and an additional single bed, offers direct access to the garden. A third single bedroom is also located on this floor. 2 additional bathrooms with shower serve this level, one of which includes a laundry area. Please note that the villa borders another property on one side.

Villa La Marina welcomes a maximum of 1 small animal per booking, subject to advance authorization by the owner, who must be informed of the number, size, and breed of the animal before arrival. The admission of animals to the property must be confirmed in advance. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and initial and final cleaning. The property is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided. Please note that the house borders another property on one side.
