The fully fenced 3,000 sqm yard surrounding the villa ensures complete privacy, offering a rich and beautifully landscaped setting that makes every moment outdoors as enjoyable as the interiors within.

The grounds of Antico Ceraso are a true sanctuary of natural beauty and outdoor living. The fully fenced 3,000 sqm park is home to a diverse array of mature plants, including oaks, maritime pines, olive trees, and colourful flowering species such as lavender, irises, and camellias. Shaded areas, benches, and relaxation corners are thoughtfully distributed throughout the garden, inviting guests to enjoy moments of quiet contemplation amidst the greenery. A wooden gazebo houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a marble counter, sink, and infrared barbecue, making it an ideal setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. A dedicated children's play area, shaded by large trees, adds a family-friendly dimension to the outdoor space, while a table tennis table and additional games provide further recreational options for guests of all ages. Please note that the photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is a centrepiece of the outdoor experience at Antico Ceraso. Rectangular in shape and measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.45 m to 1.85 m, the pool is accessed via a step leading to an initial platform 45 cm deep. It features a stone-effect PVC lining with travertine edging, chlorine purification, internal lighting, and a hydromassage area with a dedicated platform. Situated on a slightly lower level than the villa, approximately 40 m away, the pool can be reached via a gravel path, terracotta steps, or across the lawn. The surrounding terracotta-paved pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, a swing, and benches, while an outdoor cold-water shower and a dedicated pool bathroom complete the facilities. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

Unit Layout

Antico Ceraso accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed over 3 floors of approximately 500 sqm. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a spacious dining room connected to the kitchen, and to an elegant open-plan lounge area featuring sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace. Large windows and 2 French windows characterise the façade of this living area, flooding the space with natural light. The ground floor also includes a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor, a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub serves as a refined private retreat. This floor also features 2 twin bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, one equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a study that provides a quiet workspace for guests who require it.

The lower floor offers a TV room, a fully equipped gym featuring a bench, multifunction station, treadmill, weights, and dumbbells, as well as a bathroom with shower and a dedicated laundry room. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, in the living area, and in the TV room, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.

Antico Ceraso has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a designated technical supervisor prior to the beginning of each season. This inspection is carried out to verify the consistency of the property description, the condition and functionality of all listed accessories, and to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort for all guests staying at the villa.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.

Pets are welcome at the property. Tourism tax is not applicable for stays at this villa.
