Unit Layout
"Bouleaux A1" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental apartment of 73 m2, situated on the 1st floor and designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, cable television, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to a south and west facing balcony that offers stunning views of the mountains and the resort. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a north facing balcony. The second bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also provides access to a north facing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living space, while the bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. Additional balcony access with south and west facing orientation is available from the main living area, and all balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen features 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a complete fondue set, including both chinoise and cheese options, are also provided for guests to enjoy traditional dining experiences. A washing machine is available within the unit for added convenience during longer stays. The living area is fitted with a television with cable access as well as a hi-fi system for entertainment. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
