With a total surface area of 80 m2, this fully renovated apartment — refurbished in 2022 with tasteful and carefully selected furnishings — comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring elegant wooden floors and direct access to the balcony, which enjoys the same south-east orientation and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Balcony furniture is provided, making it an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin along with a separate WC. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
