The 1 bedroom is oriented to the south-east and is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each, also benefiting from its own exit to the south-west facing balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. Throughout the apartment, elegant wooden floors contribute to the warm and comfortable atmosphere created by the partly renovated interiors, updated in 2019, and the beautiful furnishings that complete the space.

The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
