The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, ensuring ample comfort for all guests. A separate WC is also available within the apartment, adding a practical touch to the overall layout.
The living and dining room is thoughtfully designed to serve as the heart of the apartment, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals. From here, guests have direct access to a large south-west facing balcony complete with balcony furniture, where a very beautiful view of the garden can be enjoyed at any time of day.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
