The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm each, while the second, larger bedroom features a generous double bed measuring 180 cm. The living and dining area is thoughtfully designed with tasteful furnishings and provides direct access to a large south-west facing balcony complete with balcony furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese variations. Please note that capsules for the coffee machine, specifically Delizio by Migros, are available at an extra charge. The bathroom features a bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, with an additional separate WC also available within the apartment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
