The private swimming pool, measuring 10 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 80 to 150 cm, is secured and equipped with an internal staircase for safe and easy access. The pool is available seasonally from 1 May to 30 September, allowing guests to make the most of the warm Provençal summers. The generous yard surrounding the property offers plenty of space for outdoor leisure, whether you wish to relax in the open air or simply enjoy the peaceful garden setting.

"Les Iris" was originally built in 1989 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2014, ensuring that the property combines character with modern comfort. The garage on the premises is reserved exclusively for bicycles and motorbikes and is not available for standard motor vehicles. Please be aware that a car is recommended to make the most of your stay, given the property's location outside the resort area and the distances involved in reaching local amenities and attractions.

From this main living area, you have direct access to the veranda. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from its own shower room, while a separate WC is available for added convenience. An open kitchen is also situated on this level, fully fitted for everyday use. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available: 1 room furnished with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm. A shared bathroom with WC serves both upper-floor bedrooms. A terrace is accessible from the property, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.

The property is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your visit. Air conditioning is available in the living and dining room, in the ground-floor bedroom, and in the kitchen, providing effective climate control across the main living spaces. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
