The dining area is incorporated within the same open space, complete with a dining table suited for relaxed meals. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. A south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living area, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant outdoor retreat.

The apartment is equipped with a fully appointed open kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season. For entertainment, the living area includes a television, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, providing a comprehensive in-room entertainment experience. Additional conveniences include a safe, a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access throughout the property.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
