On the main level, the first bedroom features 1 double bed and a television, offering a refined and restful retreat. The open-plan living and dining area is generously appointed with a dining table and provides direct access to a south-facing balcony of 12 square meters, complete with balcony furniture and a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. Descending to the lower ground floor, 2 additional double bedrooms each feature 1 double bed and a television, and both enjoy access to a south-facing balcony, maintaining the same stunning alpine outlook. Each floor is served by its own bathroom, both equipped with a WC and a hydro massage bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The property is outfitted with a thoughtfully curated selection of amenities to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese, making it ideal for both everyday meals and convivial alpine dining. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
