Descending to the lower ground floor, 2 additional double bedrooms each feature 1 double bed and a television, and both enjoy access to a south-facing balcony, maintaining the same stunning alpine outlook. Each floor is served by its own bathroom, both equipped with a WC and a hydro massage bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
