The 2 bathrooms include a bath with WC, a separate shower with WC, and a hydromassage bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
