From this space, you have direct access to a covered terrace of 15 m2. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, making it a convivial space for casual meals. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a warm and intimate atmosphere. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering comfortable accommodation for couples or individual guests. A second separate WC is also located on this floor. With 1 bathroom in the property and thoughtfully distributed sleeping arrangements, the house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
