Private: garden wildlife garden, flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 5 km.

3-room house. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds.
