This vacation rental is a 3-room apartment located on the 5th floor of "Bâtiment A," offering a total surface area of 40 m2 with a north-facing orientation throughout. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it a well-suited retreat for families or small groups.
The living and dining area is warmly furnished and features a pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, with a sleeping surface of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm. This convivial space opens directly onto a north-facing balcony of 4 m2, which is equipped with balcony furniture and offers a beautiful view of the valley. The first bedroom, also north-facing, is fitted with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom, equally north-facing, contains 1 set of bunk beds configured as 2 x 2 berths, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and this rule applies throughout the entire apartment and balcony. For the safety of all guests, a smoke alarm is installed on the premises. WiFi internet access is available at an additional cost and must be arranged accordingly. The maximum number of pets permitted is 1 dog, and this condition is strictly observed.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
