This convivial space opens directly onto a 4 m2 south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom, also south-facing, is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom, equally benefiting from a south-facing orientation, contains 1 set of bunk beds with 2 levels, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, carpet flooring adds a cosy and comfortable feel underfoot.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette brings together a comprehensive selection of appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. For your comfort and entertainment, a flat-screen television is available in the living area. Electric heating is provided throughout the apartment to keep you warm during your stay. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
