The living and dining area is warmly furnished and features 2 sofabeds measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From the living area, you have direct access to a 4 m2 north-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture, offering a beautiful view of the valley. The first bedroom, also north facing, is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom, equally north facing, contains 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors contribute to the cosy and refined atmosphere of the space.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchenette includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, and a raclette grill, all arranged with a bar area. Please note that capsules for the SENSEO coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your entertainment, the living area is fitted with a flat screen television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The apartment benefits from electric heating to ensure warmth and comfort throughout your stay, and pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted. - 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
