The living and dining area is generously proportioned and opens directly onto a large terrace of 18 m2, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the swimming pool. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and benefits from its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 2 x 150 cm, also with air conditioning, and provides direct access to the terrace as well as a private bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully arranged and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower room with WC serves as the second bathroom for the apartment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
