The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, alongside a shower room with WC. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed, benefiting from its own bath and WC as well as direct access to the veranda. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
