This charming 3-room terraced house offers approximately 50 m2 of living space and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area of 18 m2 provides a comfortable shared space, featuring a sofabed measuring 50 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile area that can serve as an additional sleeping arrangement when needed. The living area flows directly into an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities, served by a 60-litre boiler. On the top floor, the property features 2 private bedrooms, both benefiting from characterful sloping ceilings. The first bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom also measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm as well as 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, offering a flexible sleeping configuration suited to different guest needs.

The private patio of 4 m2 provides an inviting outdoor space where you can relax and unwind, complemented by 5 deck chairs for your use. Pets are welcome at this property, subject to the conditions outlined in the house rules. A baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age is also available on request. An initial supply of towels is provided upon arrival as part of the own arrangement included with the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
