This charming 3-room terraced house offers approximately 50 m2 of living space and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area of 18 m2 provides a comfortable communal space, featuring a sofabed measuring 50 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile area that can serve as an additional sleeping space when needed. The living area flows directly into an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, offering everything required for preparing meals during your stay. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities, along with a boiler with a 60-litre capacity. On the top floor, you will find 2 well-appointed bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a characterful and cosy atmosphere. The first bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 12 m2, is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement suited to different guest combinations.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
