The bathroom features a shower and WC, and the property is served by a 60-litre boiler. The top floor hosts both bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a cosy, characterful atmosphere. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm as well as 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for different guest combinations.

This vacation rental is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The private patio of 4 m2 provides an inviting outdoor space where you can relax, and 5 deck chairs are available for your use. A barbecue is on hand for outdoor dining, and the living area features a flat-screen television, with TV reception available in Polish (PL). The property welcomes pets, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted during your stay. A baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age is also available upon request. An initial supply of towels is provided under your own arrangement.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
