The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a dining table and direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for alfresco dining. A bathroom on this level features a corner bath, bidet, and WC. On the upper floor, 2 private bedrooms each measure 20 m2 and are furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
