The main level features a bright living and dining room equipped with 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space for relaxation and entertaining. From this area, you have direct access to the roofed terrace of 30 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs. An open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, and a shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. The property comprises 2 dedicated bedrooms and a total of 3 bathrooms distributed across the different levels. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, accompanied by a private shower room with WC. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
