Please be aware that the use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley is subject to a toll fee, payable either in cash in Swiss Francs or by credit card. The toll machine is located in Caslou, immediately after crossing the bridge. The property is well suited for families and animals are present in the neighbourhood. The interior is characterised by a spacious, partly sloping ceiling design with simple and rustic furnishings that reflect the authentic character of the property.

On the ground floor, an open living and dining room serves as the heart of the cottage, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and a dining nook. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove featuring 4 gas rings and a fondue set for cheese, making it ideal for convivial meals. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. Direct access from the living area leads to the terrace and pergola, where guests can enjoy the surrounding landscape.

The upper floor is accessed via an open staircase and features an open gallery with sloping ceilings. The sleeping area is arranged in an open-plan layout and includes 1 French bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm and 1 double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located within this open-plan gallery space.
