The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with exits to both the garden and the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length, with access to the terrace. An open kitchen is fully equipped and serves this level, alongside a bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features its own entrance hall. The living and dining room on this level includes 1 double sofabed and a flat-screen satellite TV, with access to the terrace.
