The open living and dining area is bright and spacious, centered around a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light, and is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. From the living area, you have direct access to a large balcony with a north facing position, complete with balcony furniture, offering an exceptional outlook over the lake, mountains, and countryside. The 1 small double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that the window in the bedroom opens into the ventilation shaft. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a steamer, along with a dining table that comfortably accommodates the household. The bathroom features a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere throughout the warmer months, as well as heating available for the cooler seasons, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant stay year-round. A flat screen cable television and a radio are provided in the living area for your entertainment. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
