The 1 small double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that the window in the bedroom opens into the ventilation shaft. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a steamer, along with a dining table that comfortably accommodates the household. The bathroom features a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere throughout the warmer months, as well as heating available for the cooler seasons, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant stay year-round. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
