From the living area, you have direct access to a 10 m2 south-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. The 1 bedroom is a small double room featuring 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 200 cm. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for meals at home. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A raclette grill is also provided. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
